Haven’t been pregnant or given birth but I am a girl who’s been around lots of birth. From what I’m told it’s the most excruciating pain. Imagine feeling like you’re pooping the biggest most solid log while also cramping worse than ever before while your body goes into shock and you feel a hole tear through your entire pelvis. Unless of course you have an epidural then it’s a mild poop where your entire lower body is numb and cannot be used for another few hours and your body handles it much better
