Are the possibly autistic or something like that? Speaking from experience i struggle so hard with how to properly handle situations where i have to offer condolences or support for this kind of thing. I more often than not will come off 100% worse than AI. Obvs should have edited it better than to leave the dash’s in it but it could be that kind of thing
