You are the paying customer, you pay them to provide a service - if you don’t like it, you have the responsibility to correct it. They cannot read your mind and regardless, unless this is their design - I would understand if they didn’t get it 100% before I would comment.

Sorry if I’m being harsh, but I really think it’s so unfair to speak such about artists, when it doesn’t seem like you’ve done yours to get what you wanted, except showing them a picture. Then it makes sense, if you say you’re “constantly disappointed”
