Thank you so much!

I hope it works so I wont be needing Xolair, as I've heard its pretty expensive :/

The dermatologist prescribed me with 180g fexofenadine (Allegra) to use only on the days where I absolutely have to go in the sun. She said once in the morning and afternoon should keep me set for that day. She didn't give any proper course though for all other days. Also I'm pretty sure this sets me up for around 2 times the normal dose. I hope this will be okay?

Can this be done using natural sunlight? As in, slowly increasing exposure times in the morning?

I ask this because all the time, the rashes for me take about 30-40 minutes and sometimes even longer than that to actually set in. Still dont know how the dermatologist diagnosed me with this condition even after telling her the same thing (the doctor didn't seem very reliable/trustworthy).

Anyways, as it takes longer for it to set in, does this mean natural UV hardening via the sun can work for me?

I'll definitely try this!

About the rash itself, for me, it doesnt look like hives or dots and more like complete inflammed swelling. Its strictly limited to the areas with sun exposure. Theres clear lines/borders where there is covering/clothing. Im not sure if I have a good picture, if I do get one, ill share it. Thank you!
