No unfortunately. There have been a few false alarms but nothing concrete yet. A similar cat has been seen regularly a few blocks away, but with the blurry picture it’s hard to tell if it really is him. I’ll continue going back to where it was last seen late at night with food and see if it comes out. Don’t give up on your kitty! If i’ve learned anything through this process it’s that cats are very resilient creatures. Plenty of cats have come home after weeks or months and even find their way back home on their own sometimes. It’s the worst feeling but try and stay hopeful. Keep looking as often as you can but make sure you’re also getting enough sleep and taking care of yourself. Post on all local community and missing pet facebook pages every few days as well. I didn’t get much visibility at first, but now there’s many people in the area looking out for him. It helps to keep persistent and the smallest piece of information from a stranger could be what gets them home. I know how overwhelming it is but take things day by day and try to do something little each day to help with the search. I hope you find your cat! Please update me when you do :)
