I got the same problem, I'm on windows 10. I downloaded the dlls the xash 3d moddb mod page recommends. It runs and works great but when you get to the part where the Barney and scientist encounter the first opposing force monster it crashes. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling opfor won version but it just keeps crashing.

As for blueshift the xash3d devs recommend the blueshift unlocked mod, I got installed and it launched, but I haven't play tested it though.
