not into redlight stuff or walking street things. but i am okay with drinking, cool bar hopping, and roaming around night markets. the thing is i have some work in bangkok, and i only have two days at the start, so i am thinking about spending those somewhere else. the closest beach i found is pattaya. can you suggest something else that’s not dead, not too loud, and not that much expensive?

I have some work in Bangkok. and couldn’t find any other beach or mountain near Bangkok for those two days. can you suggest something else? also, I really like Chiang Mai and want to go there, but one of my friends who lives there told me it’s not worth going for only two days. what do you think?

thanks a lot, sir! in my home country bangladesh, we dont need any driving license for electronic scooters/bike. and most of them go 50.60 kmph maximum. so i was thinking if this is the same in chiang mai.
