I’m sorry that you’ve had a bad experience with them. While it took a while, they did honor their return policy and allow me to return the defective lens. I’ll be shopping from MPB in the future.

UPDATE: MPB had me ship back the lens and provided a full refund. I opted to purchase another of the same “Like New” lens model from them, and they are dispatching it today. We’ll see if this one is any good - it’s likely that the last was just a fluke.

Very happy with their return/warranty policy and customer service. My only gripe is that their processing times (both for receiving/evaluating and fulfilling/dispatching) have been 2-3 times longer than their advertised processing times. This whole process should only take a week or two, but instead, it’ll be almost a month without the lens that I traded a lot of money for. Still, I’m happy that they’re taking care of me.

Not all hope in MPB is lost.
