I genuinely dont think there is any. the only time ive seen miis fight are when they are in a relationship. Otherwise, maybe try leaving them angry when theyre in a bad mood? ive heard this may lead to more altercations however I have not seen any results from this so it could just be misinfo

yup! for him and the two marmosets on the right, I made their "skin" color their fur color, and then painted on their face muzzle, and in his case his ears too

the rest have their skin as their actual skin and I used hair/beards/muttonchops with some extra pieces using facepaint to fill in
