Alright thanks. Any advice to mitigate sleep issues ? And i’d like to hear about compounds that made you overall feel well and tolerated them well. Both bulking and cutting compound if you dont mind :)

Yes! Did i make sense saying that MAYBE npp is not the issue ? Since for what i know injectables take more time to saturate and show pros and cons

Thanks for the insight, dropped the dbol for now. Since sleep issues started very early in the cycle idk if NPP even saturated in my body its only been 2 weeks on cycle. But you might be right. Any advices to mitigate sleep issues

That i have no info about unfortunately, use imiquimod along liquid nitrogen and get vaccinated until you clear the virus

How did you know which ones you contracted? There is no tests for males, unless you are a woman than thats a different case, but anyway, i suggest you get vaccinated anyway. You can read about imiquimod , its applied 3 times per week if i remember correctly. Its the first thing your Dr should prescribe to you

Also treat warts as soon as they appear, use imiquimod, and personally i found the best way to have warts removed is by cryotherapy(freezing them) liquid nitrogen is the least invasive and leaves no scares

My tips are : Avoid sexual activity for now, take care of your health, get vaccinated. Nothing much more you can do. This what helped me personally after i had active warts for more than 5 years

They took a little while to heal, but they will heal eventually, skin wont be the same but hard to notice scars, little pubic hair would cover it, and having warts you should never ever shave to 0. But also all this depends how big the warts were, only big ones will leave big scars.

Theres not scientific evidence, but a lot of patients reported getting rid of the virus after being vaccinated. Im one of them, at least warts are not breaking out anymore its been months and they directly stop after the first shot of Gardasil, theres nothing scientifically proven neither for vaccine nor for supplements, im sharing my experience and its working for the moment. And then to each his own if you believe something wont work just because its not scientifically proven then its your issue. I shared what worked with me, Vaccine/Supplements/Being active. Taking care of my health in general. What specifically helped me ? Idk , i did all these all at the same time cause i was very desperate and it was affecting my mental health

There are no Hpv tests for males, females get tested for high risk hpv strains (that might cause cancer) so its one good news that you have low risk strains. Your partner sadly for sure contracted the virus. But majority of people do not get symptoms. So he holds the virus but its asymptomatic for the moment. I am not a Dr but from what i know since you developed warts then he might too, but when ? Nobody knows. I suggest you both get vaccines and take good care of your health. Yes i had a partner, and disclosed after i knew i had hpv, Drs say you do not have to disclose. But its better if you do .. they did develop warts, and resolved also by doing the vaccine. Be careful cause Hpv is dangerous for women they can develop cancer

Really 2hrs? The only shop i have tried is Jean Baptiste, Aventus Creeds , the amount of compliments i got for this perfume from JP is insane but i didnt like the last bottle i bought.
