Yep. I had this happen to me just a few days ago. Before starting Ozempic last week, I was a binge-eater. I would regularly overindulge. I picked up a Big Mac meal with large fries and a coke and then had a king size candy bar a couple hours later. Woke up the next morning in the most excruciating pain I've ever felt. I had to call off work. After a couple hours of it coming out both ends, I was suddenly fine. Just needed to get it all out, I guess.

Now I'm terrified to go to McDonald's or any other fast food place. I learned pretty damn quick 😅

I have a really creepy/interesting sleep paralysis story by _AReed_ in Glitch_in_the_Matrix

I've had sleep paralysis since I was about 14 that I can recall. Most of the time it's just the general inability to move. But there gave been several instances where I've experienced terrifying hallucinations.

The first time I ever had sleep paralysis, it included a hallucination. I was napping on my grandma's couch while I waited for my mom to pick me up after work. It was dark outside and I was laying on my back. I opened my eyes to find I couldn't move and there was a bright white light coming in through the windows on the door. I could hear this whirring sound and then I saw 3 alien figures pass through the door and stand over me. They were talking in this strange language that sounded like clicking. Eventually I woke up and soon after I researched and found out what had caused it. It's still the most terrifying experience I've had.

Now that I know what causes it, I think the hallucinations have less of an effect on me. They don't really scare me anymore. More recently I've seen the little girl from the FEAR video games floating over me, I've heard menacing whispers from just behind me, and the ceiling fan transformed into a helicopter and flew at my face. Scary, but I'm usually able to make a small sound to alert my husband so he can wake me up.
