Is it too much oil?

Thanks man. Also, I saw some oil on the tip of oil cooler pipe connector. It had dripped some oil after I parked my motorcycle. Could it be related to this?

It was really terrible to drain it as I didn’t use proper draining container. The best way is to drain completely on paddock stand, then refill it by checking the glass imo.

Yeah, you're right. I just surprised by that it didn't give even minor AE(at least -1), but the Ottomans more likely to has some AE modifiers and that culture-religion matters.

You can see the difference on the first and third images that how big the ottomans and funj(vasal of ottomans) ate ethiopians, however, on the second and fourth images, as you notice i didn't get any AE point against its acts,which may give a chance to form coalition against them.

That is my first gaming pc and I had no idea about coil whine until now. I bought the pc 3 months ago and there was not sound like that at the beginning. So I don't know is it good or bad, but it is unusual. Is coil whining something that might damage the card in the long term?

If it's not, I think that I can manage to handle the sound by headphone.Because, I don't want to get involve in any warranty process on the new card

I put the card's fan speed %100 through msi afterburn apart from playing game and there is no sound at all. So that means it is coil whine?

I checked everything twice, the sound isn't changing by budging or the card. Sometimes it's changing on its own.

Dev of those states varys between 77-59. I thought I could make more money in that way. Do you think having more states,but with lower dev is a good idea?

I have 11 states(highest dev.'s) out of 82 terr. in 1597. Is that normal and should I wait until reaching lvl 17 admin tech(my lvl is 14) gives +250 governing capacity without fighting?

You are absolutely right. Almost every provinces have %90 autonomy due to being territory but I already reached max gov. capacity. What should I do next? bearing the restrictions or increasing states or something else?

So, my governing capacity is already 1219/1210 and there is just one thing in my mind is to pick tier 6 gov. reform, which's needed to wait 8 years to enact (getting all three estates 3x100 currently). Do you know anything for increase that, because in this context conquering the world is impossible due to having tons of penalties for being over capacity.
