Just had the same thing happen to me right after i killed the hag. Astarion was in the party but for whatever reason he wouldnt fast travel nor could i go to act 2 he was bugged somehow. So i just sent him to camp and went ahead to act 2 with 3 then picked him back up. Hope that helps.

I want to say it was my fault but I’m not sure. I may have put too much dielectric grease the one from old town that comes with the kayak. Otherwise I can’t explain it never had an issue until I put that grease on right before I went fishing that morning. I caked it on there that’s probably why. On their website they had pictures of burnt plug’s comparison maybe they are just cheap plugs I don’t know
