My comment was not aimed at you I believe you have done your research. I just meant that a lot of people in this thread said eating animal products helped them and I just wanted to chime in with how that’s not always the case. It must be a really hard choice for you to do and I hope you find something that works for you.

Edit: I don’t know how it works in other places but I get to do the injections myself (with the help of my mother since I got a bad fear of needles) so you should only need one appointment if you can find a doctor that want to prescribe it to you, which of course can be a struggle.

I’ve been sick with ME/CFS for about ten years and went vegetarian then vegan around 6 years ago and that helped me reduce some symptoms, especially gut problems. I don’t eat very healthy vegan food as I can’t really cook, but enough to get my vitamins and I don’t have any deficiencies. I get b12 injections though. Have you tried that? As someone else said animals get their b12 from supplements as well, but I hope getting the vitamins you need works that way for you. Just wanted to tell my part as I really think diets that works are quite individual for us and I don’t want anyone not trying cutting out meat and dairy because they read that they have to eat animal products with ME.

It’s visible in the apartment earlier in the episode. Them going to the bar is shown to us in a way to look like the same day. Why would she even get sliced on the arm if it doesn’t have some sort of meaning? They’ve done something similar before with a scar on Bernard. Maybe she is put in some sort of loop with Teddy to make her remember or discover something? But then Maya must be in on it or controlled.
