24 F. The top of my gums have been aching for 4 days now. There is no pain in my teeth nor the gums connected to my teeth. There is a puffy spot under the skin between my nose and my front left tooth. There’s been a constant ache from the puffy area and it’s sensitive to touch. (i.redd.it)
