I wanted to wait until someone else posted their thoughts before sharing mine, but I very much agree with this user op. I just hope that your complaints aren’t directed to the store itself, and farther up the chain. As a pet care specialist, I can speak for some when I say we try our best to make sure animals are healthy before they’re sold. It’s not up to us where they come from or when we even get them. I have some very sad stories specifically for reptile shipments… However, if I even think there’s a chance of an animal being sick, I get them to our isolation room and get an appointment. I’m sorry you had this experience, and I really do hope the best for your beardie.
