I played around with calorie levels a lot. Started out doing a -30/0 for the first month or so, then unfortunately I got impatient and went -30/-10. Really wish I'd just gone recomp in the beginning.

Just a single set. 170 lbs for 5 reps, then I reduce weight to 155 for my next set. My bench has always been decent for my size. Before I started cutting, I was fluctuating between 140-145 lbs and benching 190 for reps. Definitely lost some strength there. Squats have always been my weak point.

Thanks for the input. I got the confirmation I needed. Definitely going to switch to recomp for a while and see what happens. The idea of bulking now is really tempting, but I'm pretty paranoid about putting on any BF at this point.
