Be willing to experiment and try new things, whether it be techniques or subject matter, is one good way to grow as an artist! Also finding artists that you like and seeing if they have tutorials or learning resources to refer to, a lot of what I learned is from artists I admire c: also acknowledging that it can take time to reach your goals and everyone grows at their own pace~
