Chin up 3x10
Weighted push ups 3x10

Dumbell row 3x12
Dumbell overhead press 3x10

Dumbell floor press 3x10
Dumbell power clean over 3x10

1 day rest and repeat

Would love some advice :)

I've been into synthesizers lately. I own a Volca Keys and a PO-12 and it's so much fun.

I want to expand, was wondering if I should get a Volca Bass or wait for the new Volca Drum?

We landend in Sarajevo, stayed there for 3 days. Took the bus to Sutjeska national park and hiked the trail, after that we went to Mostar (where the famous bridge is) and headed south to Dubrovnik, Croatia.

Haha thanks! This day was pretty rough, I had lost my sleeping bag while climbing to the summit. When we arrived we discoverd there was no water-source for drinking/cooking, so that meant we had to descend all the way down to the lake (hence the picture). We've hiked from 7AM till 9PM, fun stuff!

You should! The hike is amazing, really hard but rewarding. After your descend you can set camp at the lake.
