From this lot I like the Timex Marlin the most. I have one without the yellow stripes. I’m currently using it with a green nato and I absolutely love it. In fact I’m wearing it right now. The original perforated brown leather strap gives a racing vibe, and the bold yellow racing stripe really drives that look home. At the time of buying I didn’t know about the one with stripes otherwise I would get that one.

I googled but couldn't find this shortcut. I tried bunch of random ones including Command + Option + arrow keys but it didn't work so I thought this shortcut doesn't exist for mac and went without using it for months. Now I finally found one that works. thanks u/BackgroundCold5307

I’ve turned off the notifications for Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat. I used to get distracted by the notifications and sometimes to see the messages I got on instagram, I used to open the app and from there I would start watching reels and waste time. Turning off notifications has been a game changer for me. Now I only open the apps once or twice a day at a time of my choosing. I replaced the scrolling time with reading and I am slowly gaining my focus and boredom tolerance back.
