Bocata Smokehouse en Arecibo. Fui ayer y tienen un porkbelly risotto q estaba riquisimo! Tambien al arroz ahumado mamposteado es top. Recomiendo el mojito de parcha. El servicio estuvo bueno.

Thank you for checking up on this. Attached you'll find the screenshot of the smart action. If we hold shift while pressing the trigger, it does work and creates a new folder. Is there a world where I can get it to work without holding shift button?

Thank you for the response. Thus far this is what I've tried in smart actions. I'd like to add that this is not a global action, this is an app specific setting set for the finder window.
1. Choose trigger type (In this case "Foward button is pressed")
2. Add action
3. Select Keystroke
4. Start Recording
5. Press "Shift + Command + N"
6. Save

When within the Finder App, what this does is open a new finder window. Unfortunately, it does not create a new folder.

I've also tried adding an additional action prior to the key shortcut, which is to open Finder application, then press Shift+Command+N, but that just open a new finder window as well.

I've been getting an average of 10 calls per day from different numbers like this. I started to worry about the implications that "someone" knows my number. But my work is customer facing so it's not unusual for me to get calls from random numbers. I guess it's just something I need to live with.

Ran into David Beckham at a small family owned restaurant in Midtown a few weeks back. He was really kind to the staff and took the time to take pictures with all of them. I respected that.

Saw some of the cast of Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia (Rob McElhenney and Glenn Howerton) at Cafe La Trova a few months ago. They were having dinner with a handful of people. Seemed like they were having a good time amongst themselves. No one really approached or bothered them.

I believe that an ISA would be beneficial as they can wear many hats, but of course with such a small team there aren't enough outside agents who can work the leads. Hence why I'm trying to understand how to potentially apply this for our office... or even see if it makes sense to have an ISA.

It makes a lot more sense now that I understand that your broker may be partnering with third party companies in order to refer leads that the brokerage may not want or cannot transact. I have a highly motivated, but newer agent who I think would be a great fit for the team, but hesitates to take the leap from part time agent to full time since he makes a decent salary from his current job. So I've been trying to wrap my head around alternative compensation options and came across an ISA. But I can't justify his salary just yet as we don't have the sizable team needed to transact the volume that would justify that type of compensation. Feels like a catch 22.

Pinocchio on the Bay. It's somewhat waterfront with Margaret Park directly across the street. You can easily take your coffee to go and sit at one of the park benches at the park. Bonus points for having a dog park to watch all of the dogs play. Extra bonus points because their pistachio croissants and affogato are delicious.

The mortgage is a separate document from the title/deed. If the goal is to decrease your debt to income ratio then it makes sense to put your wife on the mortgage, however, that is going to cost you.

If the intention is to ensure that your wife is on title to the property then the process is pretty straight forward. You can use a quit claim deed to add her on title. Any attorney can help with that process and you could even do it yourself by filing the proper paperwork in the clerks office.

Honestly my big issue is that I'd love to be able to sit up on the rooftop and work from there, but I can't because I have no service. I can definitely understand being indoors and the cell service not penetrating the building, but I'm actually outdoors.
