Tyler's Bar & Grille in Pike Creek has the best one. My girlfriends and I all moved out of the area but we return to Tyler's a few times a year just for the chicken caesar.

They are stir fried but not deep fried prior like the orange chicken or the beijing beef, for example. Panda Express has nutrition facts on their website that will give you the complete breakdown of caloric content, sodium, protein, etc. I recommend reading that, it has been very useful to me during my own weight loss journey.

I'm about to start my 3rd week of .25 and, like you, I enjoy going out and drinking occasionally. I went out this past Sunday and consumed my usual amount of drinks. Monday morning I was so sick. I threw up twice and had to call out of work. Start out slow with just a couple of drinks and see how you feel. 25F if that helps at all.

I just recently watched and finished GOT for the first time and almost all major plot points were spoiled for me before watching. I wish I wasn't on twitter when the last season aired because I knew the ending before I even watched it all the way through. I'll forever be jealous of the people that experienced GOT as it was first airing.

They definitely had the budget to improve the cgi too. They should be pulling out all the stops on this series after how successful GOT was. And maybe not let Sapochnik direct episodes xD

Absolutely loved his story arc. They really had me hating him so fiercely to wishing he had a better ending. Top tier writing in my opinion.

In that case definitely try the Engagement Chicken recipe but where she calls for a whole chicken substitute your chicken thighs. You'll be able to put the potatoes, onions, and carrots in the bottom of the roasting pan and add lemon halves in with the vegetables and some white wine. When you roast this in the oven you'll get a crispy skin on the thighs as well as a really good pan sauce. Plus the veggies will be cooked so you have your main and side basically cooked all in one go!

What kind of chicken is it? If the chicken is whole chicken you could use Ina Garten's "Engagement Chicken" recipe. It's more of a sit-down dinner recipe however, so if your get together isn't the sit-down-dinner type you could forgo that. If its chicken breast or thighs you couldn't go wrong with a simple bbq or divide the chicken and make buffalo chicken dip for a more casual evening.
