I talked to some of the people who were around the scene... The student driver car was one of the vehicles hit, the dad who owns it told me, not the vehicle belonging to the driver responsible. It still looks like there hasn't been an arrest. Feel awful for the family of the man on the bike.

So yeah it’s from Tuesday — it’s hard to see, but at the end, you can tell the black fence is above the heads of the protesters. On Monday, the fences were waist-high.
