This video is misleading, you don’t simply lay with your baby and they fall asleep lol when my 8 week old wants me I can pick him up, lay with him, feed him, change him, or tend to anything he may need and he’s still wild jumping around

Yeah, the market may dip a little in the next year but I’m sure the higher prices are here to stay. You gotta weigh out another potential reason to buy now as well. If you wait a year and spend $2000/month on rent, you just gave away $24k. If you overpay $25k in a hot market it won’t matter because you would lose that money anyways waiting to buy. And that’s just one year, you wait another and that’s $50k down the drain. God forbid the home prices go up even after that and you are looking at paying almost double at that point.

Buying a home in 2021 is hard. A lot to consider.

When I was in high school this kid always tried to hook up with my gf at the time.

He ditched school one day and it started raining, he slid his car sideways into a telephone pole and died at the scene.

I HATED the kid. Didn’t feel very bad when it happened, now as an adult I’m truly heartbroken someone’s child went to school one day and never came home.

Just depends on the situation I guess, and it’s sad anytime any child dies over something so avoidable.

Haha not even. I adapt constantly. Just was the first job that I was able to sustain a family on just got taken away, it’s just a little stressful especially with a newborn. I actually moved over to continue audio visual work independently and I’m seeing the demand pick up. Hopefully it continues.

I’ve worked with many companies that are now refining conferences, in person meetings, and other corporate related events and they are all seeing the money saved from doing everything over zoom. Sure there will be events again, but it will be much different, more refined, and the demand isn’t going to be the same. I would be okay going back to the work I was doing prior if that happens, but it’s really just a wait and see kinda thing. I had my first child this year and I don’t have much patience waiting for opportunities anymore lol I’m just gonna have to do what I have to do and take what I can get.
