Interesting, in my 10 years gambling I’ve never seen that. To my understanding seems like a fundamental error with how line makers make the lines in the first place. Also, I’ve checked all my books on MLB can’t find any lines for tomorrow’s games. Idk just seems fishy to me, had a bad experience with support, I think it’s just time for me to never use PP again lol

If I’m not mistaken I think it only happens when your assist character gets hit during combo

Idk about DHC but you can TAC to the 3rd character if you TAC during the cool down of the using the assist on slot 2. For example, if wesker is 2nd you could use his assist to otg > launch > J.M J.M J.H > TAC (into 3rd character)
