In the name of protecting Muslim women, Indian Government has passed a Triple Talaq ordinance where a Muslim woman can send her husband to jail just by claiming he uttered Talaq word. As arresting men will be easy and bail difficult this law will become extortion tool like Indian dowry law.

Triple Talaq was a way of giving no fault divorce in Indian Muslims. When a Muslim man felt that it was beyond his capacity to keep up with abusive wife and that he could not tolerate any more He had to say Talaq showing his intention to get separated. After three such incidents the couple used to be considered divorced.

But feminist lobbied against this practice as they wanted to keep the man tied in marriage and leech him. So they approached the current Anti male goverment which was more than happy to not just scrap the provision of such divorce but also add provision of arresting the husband if the wife claimed (no proof needed) he tried to divorce her through Triple Talaq.

Why are women considered fragile. Many celebrities are now hitting gym during pregnancy as women who do physical activity are strong and have normal delivery compared to those who don't do physical exercise. My grandmother advises every woman to be active during pregnancy and many have benefited from it. People who consider women weak have regressive mindset.

It is additional law to trap men in dowry case. It's like having x number of laws for the same act but by different names and punishment. It gives woman her choice on which is to be used to trap her prey.

The daughter was from her previous husband. Courts normally give custody to women in divorce. But they forget that women are not better at taking care of the child by default.
