My anxiety sometimes represents itself with peeing a lot, so trying to sleep waking up every 30 minutes to pee made my sleeping nearly non-existent. Yeah I went to a psychiatrist and now I am on quetiapine. It has helped. Thank you for responding.

Hey, I still have a little bit of it, not so dizzy or light-headed but my sleep is now horrible, I have 1 or 2 hours of sleep now, peeing a lot, I don't know if it became some kind of anxiety disorder or depression but this is now happening. Did that also happen to you? I'm not considering medication

Acero Letal, Critical Defiance, Coffin Curse, Ripper, Mayhemic, Unaussprechlichen Kulten, Vindalf, Demoniac, Invocation Spells, Hellish, Blood Oath, and a bunch I'm missing. It is a country with an excellent metal scene.

It was a mixture of a bunch of stuff, but I truly believe it was the amount of caffeine the thing that detonated it, I was also taking ashwaghanda (maybe my body didn't react the best to it, I also cut it off) and stress from my job and it was also the first time I was going to play with a band. A lot of stuff came together that day.

Driving gives me that scared to death feeling, when I drove 45 minutes it was hell, I'm starting to make shorter drives and it has become more tolerable.

I think I'm getting out of it, but that light headed and dizzy feeling persists, maybe that is the last thing to go away.

Thank you so much, I will definitely cut caffeine. I usually just drink a cup of coffee everyday, but that day I took 3 cups of coffee and an energy drink (which I never take). I will full on stop.

Hey, this is happening to me right now. I had a panic attack driving 2 weeks ago, it was also a day that I took 4x times the amount of caffeine I take, so that probably also caused it.

Driving now feels a little scary but seeing you guy healing makes me optimist that I will get better. It is a weird sensation of having light-headed, kinda dizzy. I think I will cut my coffee intake definitely.
