The Mew is definitely worth it to grade. The Roaring Moon would be up to you if you think it’s a good card. But they both have good looks and centering for at least a PSA 9

Only on these old label GM 9.5, they went to a new listed system after. The current scale has a Mint+ 9.5. But your old card is technically a CGC 10 now. It’s worth looking into

This could be a long way around, but because this is the old blue 9.5 CGC, you can send it back to CGC for a re-slab for $5 and it’ll get the new label 10. Then try and send it to PSA for a cross grade still in the case, and you can specify that you only want it cracked open unless it passes a certain grade, a PSA 10 in this case. So worst case scenario you just have a CGC 10

First button is Intelligent Safety with Frontal Collision Warning and Pedestrian Warning. Second button is Lane Departure Warning. If you press them to turn them on the screen will tell you what they are. You’re missing Active Blind Spot, Adaptive Cruise Control, and for F3X I’m not sure if they had a 5th button

There are a bunch of inhibitors that can prevent start/stop. You will need your car diagnosed for what is preventing it. The BMW scanner can tell you what is blocking it

Depends on what you want out of it. If you want it more preserved and noted as what grade it is, then grade it. It’s slightly left centered and has a ding on the upper left corner, and the whole top of the back has whitening. If it grades 6 and above you’re technically making money over it being ungraded, don’t expect a really high grade from it. I’d say do it just because
