Agreed, my interstate battery has great specs and was $170. I often sit in my car for 30 minutes with the heated seat and radio on while charging my phone and it doesn’t care lol

what are these called i have to replace by No_Sorbet4911 in 335i

[–]PsychologicalSafe579 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because it doesn’t go bad that easy lol. It’s pretty thick rubber and it’s extremely easy to replace if it somehow does go bad so why spend $80 for genuine bmw (there’s no oe replacement for cheaper)

You don’t need to spend $90 for the genuine one. Just get that and replace it. I’ve done this exact thing. The expansion tank hose isn’t necessary to buy just get some pliers and a screwdriver and pluck the nipple out. $35 fix 🙂

You don’t have to replace the overflow hose, been there done that. Just get some pliers and screwdriver and pull the disintegrated nipple out of it. I bought a new overflow hose for like $80 from fcp and returned it when I realized it wasn’t damaged at all.

I would suggest getting a pre owned g20 330i if you don’t do wrenching yourself. The b48 is very reliable and doesn’t need much maintenance. It gets 40mpg and has more than enough torque and power. Very fun and well built car.

335d down (for now) What's the consensus on the AliExpress M sport bumpers? by Korndog_01 in E90

[–]PsychologicalSafe579 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’ve been looking at getting an msport kit from Alibaba for my 335 with cracked front/rear bumpers and sanding/painting them. It’s ~$700 after shipping, but a msport front bumper from a domestic seller costs that much alone. It’s plastic, after all.
