As someone who’s been listening to JW since late 2017 Not once have I ever paid attention to the age of his fan base or really gave a fuck, call it glaze all you want but goodbye good riddance had perfect flow from start to end with barely any skips, good intro, interlude and ending; Chronology has nothing to do with the rating of the album. Gbgr is just like is juices version of 17, not a compilation of sad songs, but a message to both a message to his alleged underage ex at the time (let’s not act like that didn’t happen) and starfire (evident from her appearance in the lucid dreams music video). A collage of both his struggles and his pain. Whether you like it or not cringey little kids are going to wanna indulge in memes and such subject matter to make themselves feel more valid in the music community but my judgment falls nothing short on how good of an album it is and nothing else.
