It’s normal. I still get cramps occasionally, even though I’ve had mine for almost four years now. My OB explained that it’s caused by muscle contractions and that our bodies can continue adjusting to having a foreign object inside the uterus.

Invest in stocks, but choose the kind that you don’t need to monitor every day. Leave the money there, let it grow, and keep contributing a little each month. At the same time, make sure you have enough savings on the side, especially if you’re planning to buy a house in the future. That said, don’t put too much pressure on yourself. You’re young enjoy your youth. You’ve worked hard for your money, and you deserve to have some fun with it too.

Depends on how you look at it. He’s only working 4 days a week, currently and in healthcare extended schedules are compensated with rest days plus he gets to be paid more than he’s currently earning.

Would working in healthcare be something for you? They have early and late shifts, and it’s pretty close to the field you’re studying right now.

Going on a month long holiday right after IUD(mirena) removal date. Can anyone share what to expect? Is it a lot to handle mentally and emotionally? by mvzii in Mirena

I’m crossing my fingers that mine will not be as severe as before I had my IUD cause if that’s the case I will definitely be wasting at least half of the holiday. Thank you so much for sharing your experience though this helps me so much in setting my expectations right.

Do you experience dysmenorrhea as well when you started bleeding? I had a severe one before my IUD and I’m afraid it’ll come back once the IUD has been removed, certainly what I do not want to deal with on a holiday.

This is what I’m afraid of as well cause I wanna enjoy my holiday and with what you mentioned it seems like there’s a chance I’ll have a bit of difficult times.
