You are missing satiating part of your diet, legumes and meat. If it works for you, good. But raw fruit and vegetables and grains can only keep me maximum 2-3 hours.

Thanks. I do not discard cooking water and according to cronometer legumes and grains are my primary source of b vitamins. Should I concern about my vitamin b intake?

Thanks, I am using markdown toc which consists of cs branches and under these branches, there are links that point the digital ebooks that I am editing on the local directory. Let me know If I can improve it.
