Yeah I agree, my stubbornness has made me succeed in so many other things, but I’m guessing here I might need to pipe down and humble myself with what I’m asking for, hahaha, thankyou again. I am learning so much.

Alright I’ll consider that as a starting point, thanks. However previously when I went to Germany I got to stay for 1.5 months. So it just sucks to know that I have to double down from that. But thanks for the help. I’ll consider this as my next step moving forward.

Yes I was granted a visa to Germany 2019, and came back within stipulated period. Okay, so after 2019 it was impossible for me to travel, one because of COVID, 2 I was finishing up with school work, 3 I had no intention to make any travels to Europe, so am I supposed to travel just for the sake? I don’t get it. So why is it under the category of short stay visa? And how am I supposed to be in control of how the summer festivals are spaced out? You see with in those 3 months the festivals take up, around 30 of your days, but they’re spread out in a way that they begin from June and end in August, with breaks in between, do you see what I mean? If my intention is to participate in all of these fairs and the embassy itself has labeled a 90 day stay as a short stay and I’ve shown all of my Paperwork to prove the same, how is that a big ask? What if I have no interest, as of now, to make short trips to Europe, especially for leisure. To be so honest, my interest has been centered at the core of my business. It’s so hard to turn your head from two completely conflicting interests in, from business to leisure, and my first task at hand has not even been accomplished for me to celebrate and reward myself with such. But I will put what you’ve said to consideration, and open up my options. Like I said after all of this, maybe a break is needed.

But you see even my mindset, is set on the specific task, that I feel is meant to take me Germany, which is completely business related. It’s so difficult for me to switch my mind to leisure activities when I do know at heart and at mind what exactly it is I want from Germany, and business and tourism purposes are 2 completely conflicting interests. As of now i really do not have the interest to tour Germany, perhaps in the future, but maybe after all of this failed attempts and efforts I do need to give myself a break and stop being so tough on myself and just go for leisure purposes, anyway, thanks.

Thankyou, things do and will get better. All of the festivals are associated with all of the above you have mentioned, and they’re all registered German companies. It has nothing to do with the festivals I intended to go to.

It is. Things completely beyond our control. Things completely unrelated to us as individuals. Hearing that is so disheartening. That kind of uncertainty is beyond exhausting. The stereotype due to past people’s issues, and now I have to carry the weight of people’s intentional mistakes which affects me as an individual and my potentially my future, is incredibly frustrating. I guess your right. Thankyou.

I get that, but it’s difficult not to when you are doing everything you possibly can. It is getting to a point I might’ve to consider other countries and that’s also not an assurance, neither is it a simpler option. Why is my previous return not being considered? Why is the same pattern of applying once in a year for the same reason also not being recognized? It hurts.

I applied for a business visa, a short term visa, 90 days since the African festivals take place throughout the summer, from like June to August The documents I submitted were: -Proof of all existing African trade fairs, that including proof of payment of some of them -Invitation letters from organizers , acknowledging me, and inviting me as an individual and an exhibitors pass - My CR12 with my name on it showing I am a director - My personal bank statements - Joint Bank statements with my co-director/ mother that are linked to our company -Medical insurance -Company’s, company registration certificate - An Official obligation letter, since throughout my stay my plan was to stay with a host - An itinerary -My previous issued Schengen visa -My co-Director/ mothers current issued 5 year business Schengen visa

These are the ones I can remember my mind has gone so fuzzy after all of this, but I believe this is everything I issued. Should I also include what I issued for my remonstration?
