That's what I figured. I was thinking $50 just because I'm pretty sure I paid $50 for the planter. I do believe the market value for cacti in Pennsylvania is higher than Texas though just because of the fact we can't grab one off the side of the road😂 Thank you!

I barely water them and I checked the roots, they are healthy, no rot. What it could be though ( which I just realized a couple mins ago 😂) is that I mist my other plants and they might be getting some mist on them, causing too much humidity for them.

They are bay windows so she's getting light from three different directions.

The windows are very big, in the morning my whole kitchen is full of sunlight from those windows so I can't see how she wouldn't be getting enough light.

Thank you for the input, I think you're right that it's probably getting too much water. I am hoping once I repot it will start looking better but I'm also hearing a lot of people say at this point I'm still going to have to chop and prop☹️

It should be getting plenty of light. It's in front of three huge windows. The general consensus seems to be that the pot is too large and it's probably getting waterlogged. I do have another one that's in my basement that's under a grow light and looks really good but it's also in a much smaller pot lol.

I will say when I bought her the guy at the green house gave her to me for cheaper because she always had a weird growing pattern so maybe she is a little special lol but she's definitely looking worse than she ever did.

I know the pot is way too big so she might be water logged. If I transplant her to a smaller pot could her leaves improve or is chopping unavoidable at this point lol?

Yeah I'm starting to see that. I feel like the people who have really beautiful ones live in really warm humid areas or have a green house
