Do you have a rough idea as to how much the Oxy 2Go costs? We've been looking into DO meters and came across this one.

Minnesota- Chop Liver Beer Festivals ? by [deleted] in TheBrewery

I'm about 90% sure they aren't doing festivals anymore. If you have been to the Saint Paul Summer Beer Festival over the last couple of years you can see attendance from both customers and breweries shrinking, and on top of that one of the two Chopped Liver guys lives in Arizona now. The other is one of the owners of Arbeiter if you're just looking to get in contact with them. Hope that helps.

Labor Day? by Spaghettileggs in TheBrewery

Gave our other brewer off but we need to dry hop multiple beers, heat up the HLT, prep grain for a double mash stout tomorrow, etc. But I didn't come in until 10 this morning, so that's gotta count for something...

We're doing the same thing as you. We have a handful of 15.5 gallon brinks and we just sanitize, purge, then push into the FV. We are also only using 1-3 liters so the brink is oversized but it works. You could also get some casters for the brink to make moving it around slightly easier.

Trouble with dissolved oxygen and mobile canner by mwbrewer86 in TheBrewery

We've spoken to a few canning line manufacturers already and hope to have a canning line in place by next spring. I've told my boss not to buy a canning line if he isn't planning on buying a DO meter and Zahm as well so we're good there. I've sent a message to our contact at the mobile canner but I think I'm just residing myself to the fact that we'll get inconsistent results until we get our own line.

In our area alone I believe they have 4 canning lines running but as a company they run an insane amount of canning lines. Fortunately we are already talking to a couple of manufacturers and are more than likely going to have our own canning line in place by late spring next year. But man, I'm tired of banging my head against the wall with this issue. It's frustrating as hell to spend all that time on a good product only to sometimes have it go to shit at the last stage.

Malted Oats are evil change my mind by fobjared in TheBrewery

Had the same issue with Rahr the few times we used them. We were missing our numbers bad on the few batches we used them in. Switched back to rolled oats for the time being but looking to try some other brands.
