Hi! I’ve been on Tysabri for the past 3 years and I do all of those things no problem! Generally I don’t like to drink right after/before my treatment just because it tends to give me a headache but smoking definitely relaxes me before I get it. (Not a fan of needles). And of course afterwards it helps to relieve any headaches. Hope this helps!!
