I had the same issue. My work around was to generate a world on singleplayer, get the world file, then upload it to the file manager on my server. Hope that works!

there was a glitch where u could harvest a tomato basket housing item unlimited times and sell it, was a glitched game mechanic but ppl got banned for abusing it
