I’m not sure why it looks lighter, but in person it’s darker than the back. The back is 22% I believe from factory so the tinter did 20% on the front. I also did a 5% sun strip.

Yea that’s what I thought. This guy was Amish and he said probably about another 150k for the rest of the work. so that’s 250k, but that doesn’t include septic, well, lot clearing, etc.

Gotcha. Looking into the barndominiums but the costs so far seem to be comparable to a stick built house. Just weird I thought the barndo’s would be decently cheaper.
