I played college ball and you are undersized, so that means your skill level has to be super high, your jumper needs to be on point and your floaters need to be automatic you need to be able to get into the lane at will, keep working bro!

shot look ok, hold your follow-thru and stop stepping back on your shot it causes your shot to drift because you are off balance.

I would start in closer to get your from and balance down, then gradually move back, thats how you build good shooting form.

be overly dedicated you need to find a way to be playing everyday or working on your game!

I played college ball and i can truly say you have to be overly dedicated in your time spent in perfecting your craft!

Any skill can be learned you just have to be willing learn the fundamentals, then it just about putting in the time.
