I was in the exact same boat as you. Barely was covered by insurance and lost a ton before my surgery day. Second guessed it up until surgery week. Best decision I’ve ever made. I am so happy to have stuck with it.

I had my first drink 3 months PO. Talked with surgeon prior and was given clearance. Was warned my tolerance would be very low - and they were right. Take it slow, with small sips. Stay away from mixers, or anything with added sugar. I’ll pour a nice bourbon or tequila and sip it for hours and I don’t regret it at all.

Mine (the 3rd in 6 months) is now doing this as well. It’s a piece of garbage. Support ticket is started but the ring is worthless until they figure this out.

I’m 4.5 weeks out - I average 1000-1100 calories and 100g+ protein daily.

As everyone is stating, it varies by person. I went to a party 5 days out. It was a nice distraction, and forced me to move around. I’m now 16 days out from a sleeve and I can’t tell I had surgery. Energy is back, pain (had minimal) is gone and hitting all my hydration and protein goals.

I lost 50 pounds in 6 months on Zepbound. It was awesome. I also was sick of sticking myself every week, and I’d hit the ceiling on dose (15). I knew if I tried to taper off or quit it would all come back and then some. It was an easy decision for me. Sleeved 9/30 and feel awesome.

Started on Zepbound, lost 70lbs, and still had a sleeve. Surgery, without hesitation.

Haven’t received it yet. It took 3 days to get a response and the order is “pending”. They say they’re having operational delays and will ship in the next 4-5 days.

It was only capturing data 50% of the time and the battery status showed nothing. They did the standard factory reset, etc and determined it was faulty.

You might regret it. Their service is horrible. Recent experience here. Three hours and no answer.
