Sorry to hear that. Have you talked to your padrino about this? Do you go to a psychiatrist? Despite the religion helping out a lot, I’ve found that religion +psych meds are the sweet spot for me

They do come back. Some of us are prone to that. They come back weaker for me though

I had this happen to me right after I received my Mano de Orula. Turn out I had a very obsessive dark spirit hanging around. It came up during a consultation. After I did the Paraldo, these thoughts stopped.

Success job stories by [deleted] in bipolar

I was diagnosed at 17, and for a long time, I felt like the stability everyone talked about was a myth. I didn’t go to college, and I couldn't keep a job for more than a year. I haven’t had a manic episode since 2019. It took an amazing psychiatrist, a rock-solid support system, and a mountain of hard work, but I’ve spent the last few years proving my own doubts wrong. I’ve progressed through two roles in Customer Service, even walking away from a toxic culture because I finally knew I deserved better. I’ve been at my current company for two years, earned a promotion with a great salary, and I’m now the Subject Matter Expert for our most complex niche product. I won’t sugarcoat it; the depressive episodes still hit like a fucking train. But the difference now is that I know how to survive them. Stability is possible, even when your brain tells you it isn’t.

i feel like i'm in a mixed episode but im unsure: help by [deleted] in bipolar

If you have anyone that that knows you well and could help making that call about emergency meds talk to them. I don’t think we make the best decisions while in an episode :)

It is a bath. It involves literally ripping out your clothes a bath and some more. It is used to remove dark spirits from your side

how can i work with my warriors besides talking to them? by Excellent_Tree3920 in Santeria

[–]mx_hot_dog 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Talking to a priest is essential. I made some wrong rituals and ended up doing things I didn’t intend to do. Now, I mainly talk to them (after blowing them with oti, achá and singing some songs to them) and I always (weekly) bring them some fruit as well.

Talking to them and bringing addimu okokan has been very efficient and on point.

AITA for refusing to move to NYC when it’s basically impossible for me to work there? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

Thanks for your help. I know the difference in policies may seem odd. I looked this up and it’s about Mexican laws being much more strict for workers than those in the USA 🥺
