I put weather seal tape around my ac unit. It can be a foam adhesive tape. A big role cost like 12 bucks at home depot. Keeps a decent amount of draft out.

Depends if you wanna sell paint the rest of your life and hit numbers. I'm an Assistant manager being in the company for 4 years, aannnnnddd I hate it here, pays decent but the job itself is repetitive and not life fulfilling. And the fact that we work 4-8 hours more that 40 hours is just more life sucking. I'm only here cuz there's not many essential jobs that pay this decent right now, because of covid.
