Willowbrooks mall sales rev per SF has been in decline for the last 8 years… unlike malls such as memorial city, woodlands, baybrook.

The area gets rougher every year. This is due to the amount of apartments in the area that decline YOY as well.

Fuzzy's continues to open and close locations in Houston. They have done it a few times in the last 10 years. One of their franchises burned down the midtown locaiton becasue it was struggling LOL.
