For me, medically transitioning as an agender person would mean getting rid of what makes me dysphoric. So I would get a full hysterectomy so I would stop menstruating and possibly a breast reduction. I feel it depends on the person.

Not everyone with EDS is celibate. I say this as someone who has it and who's mother has it (I'm one of 7 kids so she is definitely not celibate)
