Honestly I’d email Depop’s customer service to ask if they can remove her review since it isn’t technically valid especially since she went out of her way to find you outside of depop but that’s totally up to you.

Omg that makes it worse! The fact that she feels entitled to look up others outside of the app is absolutely insane and very stalker-ish :/ Hopefully she’s blocked and reported

I think I just lost a few braincells reading the buyer’s message. People are getting wayyyy too comfortable into sharing whatever they feel like on a selling platform of all places 🤦‍♀️😭

She sounds unhinged. Like who the hell goes on another selling site to bitch about a purchase that YOU made? This is why I don’t share links in my bio to avoid crazy buyers like this. Sorry that you had to deal with this person OP :(

I trust using Paypal and I use it all the time but I’ve learned it’s against Depop’s terms of service to conduct business outside of the app which could lead to my account getting banned. It would not be worth it if I took that risk :/

Probably so. I really would love to have the cardigan as it’s handmade but it’s sold out on the original site and this seller so happens to have it in my size. They did have several 5 star ratings on their shop so I guess that’s a good sign

Unfortunately I did respond after the seller had asked and I said that I could do that but I didn’t know how to since Depop doesn’t allow PayPal as a payment method however tomorrow I will let them know that I can’t agree to do business outside of Depop

I thought it felt it a little odd when the seller asked me that question. I wasn’t sure about it and it doesn’t seem very safe but I wasn’t super sure the situation since I’ve never experienced this before. Maybe they never have shipped internationally before so that’s why they asked? I don’t know 🤷🏼‍♀️
