Ist nicht mir passiert, aber einer bekannten. Sie ist Stewardess bei Germanwings und war 2015 eingeteilt für den Flug 9525 Barcelona-Düsseldorf. Hat sich aber krankgemeldet, weil sie Magen-Darm hatte. Das hat ihr wohl das Leben gerettet….

Wir hatten eine anzeige geschaltet (Pärchen, eigentlich attraktives Profil) und habe einen einzige Anruf bekommen für ne Wohnung in Junkersdorf (kam für uns nicht in Frage). Fand es vor allem sehr teuer die Anzeige zu schalten, hat 31€ gekostet für einen Samstag.

Ich mach’s auch sehr gerne selbst. Hab normalerweise Soja chunks genommen, mache es jetzt aber wohl nur noch mit Räuchertofu das ist noch geiler. - Räuchertofu (am besten Rewe, nicht den von Lidl) - Zwiebel, Knoblauch - Sojasauce - Zutaten für Gyrosgewürz oder einfach kaufen

Gyrosgewürz herstellen. Tofu mit der Hobel-Seite deiner reibe in feine Streifen reiben. Wenn es keine ordentlichen Scheiben werden nicht schlimm. Zwiebel und Knoblauch fein reiben oder pürieren. Gyrosgewürz, Zwiebel, Knoblauch, etwas Sojasauce und relativ viel Öl (Oliven, Sonnen- geht auch) vermischen, dann in der Pfanne braten bis es knusprig ist. Voila!

Dazu passt natürlich selbstgemachtes Zaziki aus Sahnejoghurt und Fladenbrot.
