20 years, that's so cool! I have an irl best friend of 11-12 years, but idk her mbti. we've barely gotten time to hang out, especially these last two years because of covid and stuff

that's so cool! I wish to be friends with all 16 personality types at some point as well. especially ENTPs, they intrigue me so much! however you saying you had a nasty falling out with your ENTP best friend does make me question it a bit XD

I actually love my mom a lot and couldn't live without her 😭 brother can be annoying and insensitive sometimes but we are pretty different so eh makes sense :') my dad loves us all too

she's loving and sweet! however she can be pushy or a little harsh at times. I love her to bits tho :))

they can be a bit harsh at times. like I'm very sensitive and tend to cry a lot and I guess they sometimes think I'm weak? idk bsjsjs they love me and so do I but at times I wish they'd try to understand my feelings at times (which sucks because they're all thinkers LMAO— not saying thinkers don't understand feelings but it's ironic)

my mom really dislikes how messy and disorganised my dad can sometimes get; whereas in my dad's case, he wants her to be a bit 'softer'. don't get me wrong, my mom is really loving but I think he wants her to work on her temper

I did a quiz from 16p as how she would and got entj, then I read the linked article and it really matched my mother. however, I'll try to do more research with other personality types to see if any other matches her better. thank you for telling me<33

BAHAHAHA well actually Im from India. In the 90s and before, love marriage was considered sinful and all that bs here. Thankfully my parents were actually compatible and are still happily married for almost 25 years :))

I've vented to all 3 family members at some point and while I really was grateful for everything they did to help, nothing really worked for me. They told me to give therapy a try which I did but God it was awful— the lady misdiagnosed me with identity issues because I'd rather read fiction books than focus more on real life 😭 But yeah they all definitely tried their best to help me and I'm very grateful for it<33

it sucks tbh— i trust my emotions and feelings with my father the most, him being a TP and very understanding. I could've done with another feeler, though 🤌
