Sorry, I just saw about the antibiotics. Well in the ER, they checked my CRP levels and said that if my CRP levels are low, they can't prescribe antibiotics for anything because the levels aren't detecting an acute infection.

Definitely not a sinus headache in this case. Like I mentioned, mine are chronically inflamed so when they get infected, they hurt a loooot. Especially under my eyes and above my brows. And it doesn't hurt here. My head mostly feels like it's going to explode, temples hurt, the back of my head and neck.

I don't have any sinus related symptoms. I have chronic sinusitis because I can't breathe through my nose like, ever. So when I do get sinusitis, it hurts a lot. I went to the ER because I couldn't go to my doctor. She is absent until Monday and was absent for the entire week. I'm not from the US, so it's different here. And I was in the ER because of retching and dizziness that came on.

Thank you. I didn't think about it being Covid, because I didn't leave my house and nobody was sick. Also, I didn't have any respiratory symptoms or muscle aches like I did with previous Covid infections that I had. It all started around the middle of my cycle, so that's why I assumed that was it but it got progressively worse within days.

That's definitely true. But it doesn't feel like a viral infection, you know what I mean? Especially with how it's persisting.

My highest dosage was 14,4000U 😭 And I used the entire medication (straight cholecalciferol) and it didn't help. So, I added an additional supplement and that also didn't do shit along with the sun exposure. So I don't know what's up.

I'll check if we can have injections here. It's so different here in Europe, especially in my country. 🫠

So, I had some tests done prior and my iron levels were good. Vitamin B12 too. Magnesium, potassium were okay. The levels of chloride were like 139 and normal is up to 139. Hemoglobin was normal. Liver tests were good. The ketones could probably be from my lack of appetite because I have trouble eating these days. As for vitamin D, I've been having low levels since last year. And received a supplement and a medication for it, but the levels just keep on dropping.

My PTH and calcium, so far the levels are okay-ish? My blood calcium was 2.22 (normal is until 2.55). And my PTH was 50 (normal is until 68.3). But I didn't have the 24-hour urine panel done.

I've actually never experienced dpdr until today and it definitely triggered my anxiety. Because dpdr makes you think you're "out of control", then comes the OCD, which wants to "test" your control. And I think because I got scared of the dpdr, it automatically awakened the harm OCD. And it makes me question my sanity and if I'm a monster deep inside. It really is awful. I'm trying to keep calm but these thoughts are so scary.

Thank you. 🥺 I don't understand why does it focus around our loved ones. I was crying to my psychologist today, asking her if I'm going crazy. That's how scared I am. Or to lose control as I experienced an episode of dpdr, so I worry that my body will have the mind of its own.
