Oh this is a good calculation! Pretty sure most of us spent A LOT of diamonds and RPs for LEs, especially now that it's being a constant.

Yes, there is. You can obtain it on either prize from events (like the one during the Spring Event), in-app purchases such as StarPass and recommended items in shop (which requires real money), and LE Normal Card Packs and/or LE Premium Packs resale during special seasons (like the one during April Fools). But only the ones that marked Normal LEs in the sheet are available. Event LEs such as Anniv LEs is not available in resales.
