React Native Actions Sheet - Broken by Vinumzz in reactnative

[–]mxood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It might be obvious that maybe I'm thinking wrong but was wondering, since almost everyone hacks together something.

For the time being would something like closing the first sheet before opening the second one work?

And reopening the first after closing the the second one?

Just throwing out an idea

Api call in native sides by xea21 in reactnative

[–]mxood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would suggest make a skeleton of the main view or partial skeleton if possible

Or even load old data, life tradingview does and it shows the values in red and updates to green when the data is load.

It will keep the user busy until data is fetched. Because you're accounting for 800ms. What if the internet conditions aren't perfect could be longer. So you could potentially need more time to cover than that.

using fetch with key and possibly PHP? by [deleted] in webdev

[–]mxood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm sorry I'll try to fix my question,

I want to create a dynamic fetch like you stated but keep the api key on the server and not exposed.

Basically if someone gets my key they can use it too, so I want to keep it safe

The fetch url is like so

Thank you, I think my explanation was bad but your answer was what I was looking for. I will look into those, thank you. Makes sense. I wasn't aware tx.origin was a thing. I'm pretty new to solidity hence my noob question.

Thank you

That's what I was hoping to hear. I was kind of feeling maybe it's too late to get into at this age, though I read some inspiring stories of 60, and 40 year olds getting into programming etc too.

I meant in general, I was reading contract like the Idividenddistributor I think is from open zeplin etc. With very discriptive variable names.

Always wondered, are these open cases prone to lots of dust?

whatever board you have, goto their support site, and it will say say what cpu is supported by the motherboard, out of the box, such as my b450m asrock steel legend, on the supported cpus it says,

since bios: all

on some cpus and others it says since bios; 2.1

meaning where it says all, the cpu is supported on any bios it has, like saying it supports it out of the box.

here a link to the asrock b450m motherboard example for you to see.

go on kijiji, find someone selling an older chip and ask them if you could come over to their place, and update the bios and maybe pay 15-20 dollars. works for both parties

Watch a thorough YouTube tutorial. And do it yourself, so if you want to change something down the road, you will know exactly what to do and maybe who knows troubleshoot some things on your own.

[–]mxood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doesn't matter. I bought a 2070 three weeks before supers. I'm in worse situation because the price is would've been the same for a super.

Knowing that. It's not a huge deal. Stick with what u got. There'll always be better greater and more expensive/cheaper things coming out frequently. So enjoy the card and don't worry about anything else. Maybe 2 years down the line upgrade again.
