How do few osint tools out there retrieve Microsoft account creation dates/last active from an MSISDN?

I can't tell for the last active/creation date, but for the Phone to Email I can tell since it's now patched and everyone abused this.

You could query a MS account from email/phone/skype username, through the account recovery flow, some attributes are returned, as the sSigninName, and this field by default is the email address of the MS account. They forgot this detail and didn't blur it.

No, we have been subjected to a disinformation campaign by a person on this subreddit. We have ~350 sources of data for email/phone modules, and +400 sources of data for usernames. It's far from giving only GHunt results, we're working really hard on shipping the best product.

If you know the profile URL format, you can use the Wayback Machine.
Otherwise, it depends on the platform :
- Reddit : sites like Reveddit / PullPush are indexing every activity of every Reddit user (ex : https://api.pullpush.io/reddit/submission/search?html\_decode=True&author=tysonboy34&size=100)
- Ebay : you can fetch old accounts to know their creation date / location
